NANUK cases are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship. If your case breaks under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your protective gear sooner.
Can I return my case if it is the wrong size?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-cut foam inserts are non-refundable.
