At NANUK, we stand behind the indestructible quality of our hard cases and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Case
Place the NANUK case in its original packaging, ensuring all foam inserts, dividers, and accessories are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for peace of mind.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the item is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
